Complete the bell ringer. We took notes on an introduction of the Medieval Times. See Mrs. Heins for the power point and notes.
No bell ringer. Today we are meeting in the computer lab. You will write your own individual resume. It is due Friday in my inbox or saved under your 4A folder as "your last name resume." Use the following documents to format your resume. Use your homework as help to fill out your resume.
Complete the bell ringer. Take notes on the power point about making a good resume. Your homework is to make a resume for Jessie, pretending you are Jessie. You do not have to type it.
Complete the bell ringer. We then did an activity of making claims about Jessie, and finding data to support it. See a friend for a copy of their notes.
Complete the bell ringer. Look through the pictures on the Ellis Island power point. We read "When Jessie Came Across the Sea." Get a copy from Mrs. Heins, and read during academic support. No homework.
Complete the bell ringer. We did an activity called a museum walk that was worth six points. See Mrs. Heins to make up the points for the activity. We then added academic vocabulary to our notebooks. Add in the words from quarter three into your academic vocabulary notebook. Fill out the boxes for each one, including definition, my words, makes me think of, and picture/symbol.
